We started the practice in 1992 here in Medina. Our goal is to be a community based chiropractic and physical therapy office, the type of office where we still answer the phone and we can personally answer any questions you may have. Whether it's before you schedule treatment, during or anytime after treatment.

Our Philosophy

Centerpointe Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offers a unique combination of having the benefits of both a Chiropractor and a Physical Therapist. We strive to find the cause of your pain, relieve it and change the factors that caused it in the first place. We always work with your family doctor or other health care professional. Our goal is to progress your treatment to improve function to better perform daily activities, whether it is at work, home or enjoying your hobbies. Understand that getting better requires you getting involved in your care and well being. This is why we always instruct on a home program so you can continue to maintain your improvements even when you have been released from care.

Lou Rossi, D.C., CSCS

I have been practicing chiropractic care in Medina, Ohio since 1992. I grew up in Chesterland, Ohio, located in Geauga County, where I attended high school. I completed my undergraduate studies at Cleveland State University before earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Kansas City, Missouri. I became licensed in 1991. While in Kansas City, I met my wife, Marie, who is also a chiropractor. Since we both have roots in Northeast Ohio, we decided to return home to establish our practices and start a family. We are proud parents to our daughter, Sofia.

My focus is on musculoskeletal injuries, treating patients across all stages of life—from childhood through the geriatric years. I also have a special interest in working with injured athletes, providing both individual and team rehabilitation and training programs. I have continued to advance my education with a concentration in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and manual manipulation techniques. Additionally, I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

I have been practicing chiropractic care since 1992. Before joining Medina Centerpointe, I owned and operated my own practice for 27 years in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. I am a proud graduate of East Canton High School and completed my undergraduate studies at Wilmington College in Ohio, where I focused on the Sports Medicine and Athletic Training program. In 1992, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri.

During my time in Kansas City, I met my husband, Dr. Lou Rossi, and we now reside together in Medina, Ohio. My primary focus is on treating musculoskeletal injuries, but I care for patients across all age groups, from infants to seniors. I also have a special interest in incorporating dry needling techniques to enhance treatment outcomes.

I have been practicing as a Physical Therapist since 2006. I completed my undergraduate studies at The University of Akron, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and later received my Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University. I specialize in the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries, with a particular passion for working with injured athletes.

My love for sports, especially soccer, has greatly influenced my career. I began playing soccer at the age of four and continued through college, serving as the four-year starting goalkeeper for The University of Akron men's soccer team. Today, my wife Breanne, our daughter Emmery, our son Josh, and I live in Brunswick, Ohio.
